ART BIRTHDAY PARTIES
The Adam Lister Gallery is now hosting Art Birthday Parties. Enjoy an exciting two hour birthday party for kids ages 4 and up. Each party includes 1 and 1/2 hours of art making and 1/2 hour for cake and presents at a decorated table. Each party includes art supply goodie bags for all kids, a decorated party table and balloons. In addition, one t-shirt or tote bag is included for the party guests to sign and decorate as a gift to the birthday kid.
All of our staff are professional artists and teachers. Each party includes all art supplies for your chosen project and two instructors that will make a presentation on the various materials and techniques involved with the activity you choose while assisting each child.
You may select one of the following options, or contact us if you wish to plan a specific art project for your child.
We will be open for parties on weekday/weekend hours upon request with reservations and a minimum of eight (8) kids.

Birthday Party Requirements
Birthday parties require reservations, a minimum of eight children, and a $25.00 reservation fee. Cancellation in less then seven days prior to party will result in loss of deposit. Changes to party date and time up to seven days before the party are allowed, There is also a $25 supplies and art materials fee. You will be given a bill for the total amount on the day of your party.
All parties are $21.99 per child (2 hours)
Mixed Media Drawing Party
Each child uses a variety of materials including colored pencils, oil/chalk pastel, markers, crayon, pencil, charcoal etc. Kids will explore the numerous possibilities in mark-making and texture that each medium offers. Kids may choose to look through our wide variety of photographs of famous paintings, landscapes, animals and much more to get ideas for their drawing. Examples and demonstrations will be provided.
Plaster Creatures Party
Each child will select their favorite animal or imaginary creature to make using tape and newspaper. The next step is using plaster strips to cover the form and when it is dry they can paint it. You may either take it in a box that day to be painted at home or pick it up at your convenience when fully dried. Examples, demonstrations, and assistance for each child will be provided.
Mixed Media Sculpture Party
Each child will make sculptures using a variety of materials including modeling clay, wood pieces, colorful foam, feathers, googly eyes, string, paint, and much more. Examples and demonstrations will be provided.
Animal Art Party
Start with a light pencil skecth of your favorite animal while looking at a photograph from our wide selection of animal photos. You may also bring in a personal photo of your choice (pets, etc.) Our staff will offer helpful steps to create your animal as a drawing on paper using either colored pencil or oil pastel.
Additional Party Options:
You can add a t-shirt/tote-bag design project to your party. Each child gets to decorate his/her own t-shirt or tote-bag using fabric markers and paints. $8 extra per kid.
